Property Solutions Inspections provide a full written report, not a tick box version. Our Inspections and reports are completed by accredited building surveyors, members of Building Officials Institute of New Zealand.
A comprehensive report is provided - the status of building components and fittings are photographed and discussed in the report. Risk areas are highlighted. Where the scope of the inspection requires Moisture tests, readings are taken with a TROTEC T660 moisture meter.
